Visa Regime - Serbia
For holders of diplomatic, special and official passports: no visas required for visits of up to 90 days.
For holders of ordinary passports and other travel documents: visas required. All necessary information is available here.
For holders of foreign passports with a valid Schengen, UK and other Member States’ visa, or visa of the United States of America, and for holders of foreign passports having a residence permit in the countries of the Schengen zone, EU or the United States of America, the Government of the Republic of Serbia is granting visa-free entry. This enables the above-mentioned categories of foreign nationals to enter, transit or stay in the Republic of Serbia without prior visa application, up to 90 days during a six-month period, but not exceeding the expiring date of the said visas or residence permits.

Visa Regime - Lebanon
Citizens of Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro can obtain a tourist single entry visa to Lebanon for one month that can be extended for 3 months upon arrival (at the airport or at the border with Syria). The passport must be valid for at least six more months, with no entry stamps to Israel.
